Charlie's Angels

Broker Owner Lisa has been in real estate for seven years, owning RE/MAX Stars since June 2019. Fellow angel Yasemin is also in her seventh year while angel Gemma is in her third year.

What makes these angels so special is that they genuinely enjoy working together. They have created a work environment that is positive and encouraging and often put each other on a pedestal. RE/MAX Stars operate as a team and know that working together is a big contributor to their success!

Milan Maharaj and Roshan Anand celebrate the New Year with the opening of their RE/MAX Rise office in Mount Wellington. The New Zealand couple are partners in marriage and now in business. With combined skills and experience in real estate sales, property investment and valuation, project marketing, retail leasing, information systems, marketing and commerce, Milan and Roshan will lead a team of young, aspirational and driven professionals under the RE/MAX banner to deliver a unique and efficient experience for clients and customers.


Ryan and Rozele Singh

Ryan has recently finished his studies at UoA, completing a bachelor of commerce. Through his educational studies in economics and marketing, he hopes to implement a strong marketing campaign to grow the office's presence, as well as assist sales associates through their marketing. 

Rozele graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of business, double majoring in management and international business. Through her educational field, she worked within Ray White Runaway Bay in Gold Coast, G.J Gardner, RE/MAX Revolution and RE/MAX New Zealand in a management role. Her new position is as the operations manager, with her knowledge of the systems and management methods, she hopes to bring this into play in our office setup.  

Both of us, share different aspects yet strive to bring these specific bits of knowledge together to drive our office forward and through its starting phase.  


Ruben Wiki

One of the toughest players of his era, Ruben Wiki had a decorated 311-game premiership career for the Canberra Raiders and New Zealand Warriors.

In 1994 he played centre in the Raiders’ grand final-winning side which beat Canterbury 36-12 to send Immortal Mal Meninga out a winner in his last ever game and in 2008 he became the first Kiwi to play 300 NRL games.

At international level Wiki gave his heart and soul in 55 Test matches across 13 seasons for the Kiwis – no one has played more Tests for New Zealand.

 


Ruwan 

Siriwardena

Ruwan became the brand manager at Rolls-Royce New Zealand at the age of 26. Born in Lower Hutt, Ruwan was raised in several different countries in Jakarta, Taipei, and Auckland.

Ruwan graduated pharmacology and marketing. He is passionate about people and delivering the best service possible.

Dr Zaid Matti 

Dr Zaid Matti is a specialist in musculoskeletal medicine. He has a particular interest in regenerative medicine and pain management. His practice focuses on ultrasound-guided Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injections/steroids combined with multidisciplinary rehabilitation.

Zaid is passionate about the principle of regenerative musculoskeletal medicine. This evolving field utilises cellular therapies called orthobiologics combined with precise delivery into musculoskeletal tissue under the guidance of ultrasound or X-Ray. He is a member of Interventional Orthobiologics Foundation IOF, a leading organisation in this field. He is an active participant in the world- leading conferences in that field.

He lectured in many international meetings about the principle and use of platelet rich plasma PRP as a cellular therapy for musculoskeletal conditions. Zaid is an advocate for promoting ethical research, marketing, and clinical application of orthobiologics. He is an active member of the Orthobiologics Ethics Consortium.
