Mark Bouris

Mark Bouris AM - Executive Chairman

Mark has established a successful career from building disruptive businesses to challenge the market and provide smarter solutions for consumers.

Mark's current positions include Executive Chairman of Yellow Brick Road Group (ASX:YBR),  Chairman of the SME Association of Australia and Non-Executive Director of Sydney Roosters Football Club and Eastern Suburbs Leagues Club. He is also an Adjunct Professor for Banking & Finance and Business Law & Tax at UNSW Business School and works with the University to mentor tomorrow’s business leaders.

In 2015, Mark was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia for significant service to the finance industry and tertiary education and has most recently acted as Chairman of the Taskforce into Digitisation of Small Businesses in Australia for the Australian Treasury.

Mark is the author of Wealth Wizard, The Yellow Brick Road to Your Financial Security, and What it Takes, and has recently created and produced a new TV show along with Channel 7 called The Mentor which aired in April this year and coincides with The Mentor podcast and Mentored.com.au.


Jana Pittman

Jana Pittman is an athlete, mum, doctor, wife, speaker and author. Whilst the majority of her career was spent racing around the world and jumping over hurdles there is so much more to her story.
Jana has failed more than she has succeed and cried oceans of tears over fallen dreams and failed relationships but through it all Jana has realised how much more rewarding it is to go down fighting.



Elise Ivory

Elise is a partner in the Banking and Finance practice of Dentons in Sydney, as part of the regulation and compliance team. 

Elise’s expertise includes advising on all aspects of regulation including the National Consumer Credit Protection Act (in particular responsible lending, credit contracts and the National Credit Code); e-lending, distribution agreements; product development, financial services and Corporations Act, AML/CTF Act and Privacy Act compliance.

Andrew Symes

Andrew Symes joined the YBR Group as General Counsel in November 2020.  He has over 20 years legal, risk and compliance experience in the financial services industry, practicing in superannuation, investment management, distribution, M&A, IP/IT and lending. He has held senior roles at CBA, Challenger, ANZ, IBM and AAS.  Outside of work, he has three children, two dogs and a partridge in a pear tree.  

On the sporting front, he supports the Dragons, Waratahs and Wallabies, so resilience has become his number one skill.  Following the Financial Services Royal Commission, a Global Pandemic and his second divorce, Andrew fears nothing!


JOEL CAINE

Joel Caine is an Australian retired professional rugby league footballer of the 1990s and 2000s. Caine played for St. George Dragons, Balmain Tigers and Wests Tigers in the NRL. In the Super League, he played for London Broncos and the Salford City Reds. Joel remains the third highest point-scorer for the Wests Tigers, having scored 526 points during his 4 years with the team. 

Since then, Caine has interviewed many successful individuals including Richard Branson, Seal, Hugh Jackman, the Madden Brothers and Russell Crowe to name a few. He is also a commentator for Fox Sports, a regular on the NRL Footy Show and Channel 9’s Rugby League Coverage. Caine is now a multi media personality and a proud father of four.
