Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy: - Cancellations must be received in writing - mail or email - to Imagine Experiences. Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from Imagine Experiences. If you have not received acknowledgement within two business days, please contact the Imagine Experiences Team on +61 418 887 182. - No refund will be provided if cancellation is received on or after 9th August 2019. Payment Policy: - Payments will be accepted by credit card or direct deposit. - For direct deposit payments, a tax invoice will be supplied containing our bank details. - American Express, Mastercard and Visa cards are accepted. Please note that a credit card administration fee of 1.65% will be incurred for Visa and Mastercard and a credit card administration fee of 1.98% for American Express. - Imagine Experiences Pty Ltd is responsible for processing all payments from your nominated card through an online merchant facility located in Australia.
