1. What is the Infinity REM Event?

2. When and where is the event taking place?

• Date: Friday 13th June to Sunday 15th June 2025
• Venue: The Star Gold Coast - 1 Casino Drive, Broadbeach QLD

3. How do I get to the event?

• The events team will handle your flight booking. Our team will be in touch with you shortly to discuss flight arrangements and ensure your travel to the venue is seamless. If you are driving, park at the venue and your carparking charges will be taken care of on your check out.

4. How do I get from the airport to the venue? 

• Group transfers from the airport to the event venue and your return to the airport will be arranged and communicated to you in advance. Please keep a look out for this communication which details where to meet at the airport for your arrival transfer and what time you will need to depart for your outgoing transfer. You are responsible for making your way from you home to the airport and also from your airport to your home on the return journey.

5. I'm driving, what are the parking arrangements? 

• Parking is available at the venue for all attendees who drive. Upon arrival at the venue, you will be issued a parking ticket. At check-out request a validated parking ticket to be used on exit. 

6. How do I know what time my Wealth Strategist meeting is?

• The Infinity team will be in touch regarding your meeting booking. You can also confirm with them once you arrive to the venue.

7. Who is the event open to?

• Only Infinity clients who have been invited to this event can attend.

8. Can I bring guests?

• Unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate that request. Given the educational nature of the event, we want to ensure that all invited Infinity clients are fully focused and able to maximize their experience. We believe this approach will allow everyone to get the most value out of the event. 

9. Is there an event app or website for updates?

• Yes, we have an event app that will provide real-time updated, scheduled and important announcements. You'll revive details on how to access it in the days leading up the event.  

10. Is there a dress code?

• The dress code for this event is smart casual. Please be sure to bring along a jacket for the sessions as Graeme likes to keep the room cool.

11. How do I stay updated on any changes or announcements related to the event?

• We will communicate any important updated through email and our event app. Be sure you check your inbox regularly for the latest information. Also, please remember to check your junk or spam folder, as event-related emails may occasionally end up there

12. Will I have any free time to explore the Gold Coast while at REM? 

• While you will be busy with education sessions at REM, if you do find yourself with some extra time, please CLICK HERE to see some local locations to explore.
